Youth in Sport Night – Participant Info

We're so excited to have you join us for Youth in Sport Night! Here's everything you need to know to prepare for the big night.
Arrival & Check-In and Check-out
Please arrive at Canada Life Centre no later than 5:00 PM. Head to 24/7 Security located on Hargrave street, a Sea Bears staff member will be there to greet you and check you in. Please bring a valid email confirmation of your registration. Please note: If you are selected as a PA Announcer please arrive at 5:30 PM.
A parent or guardian must accompany participants to check-in and check-out.
Check out: Once the game is done please meet your child and our designated staff member at section 116 -117 court level. PA Announcer can be picked up at 7:15 PM and will be escorted to section 116 -117 court level to meet the guardian.
What to Wear
We will supply a shirt for you to wear!
Your Role for the Night
Once checked in, participants will be grouped by their assigned role. Here's what each group will be doing:
PA Announcer
You'll be sitting front row at the scorer's table and helping announce the game's starting lineup. A Sea Bears staff member will walk you through everything beforehand — no experience needed, just bring your big voice!
End time: 7:15pm
Promo Team
Your job is to pump up the crowd! You'll be leading fan engagement activities throughout the game and helping make sure everyone in the building is having a great time.
Distraction Team
Think you've got what it takes to throw off the other team? You'll be front and centre, engaging with the crowd and bringing the energy all night long.
