VOLUNTEER FOR CHAMP WEEKEND!
We are seeking volunteers to help at the Championship Weekend Festival, taking place August 22 - 24, 2025, on Graham Avenue.
Volunteers must do a minimum of 2 shifts. Please select the shifts you are available for from the list below and our volunteer coordinator will be in touch to confirm your shift schedule.
All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and 2 complimentary passes to a 2026 Sea Bears Home Game! (Must complete minimum hours requirement). Reference letters are available upon request.

Festival Ambassador: Festival Ambassadors are the friendly faces of the event, helping create a positive and welcoming experience for all guests. This dynamic role includes providing information, helping keep the festival grounds clean, and helping with general needs as they arise. Perfect for enthusiastic, helpful individuals who enjoy being part of a team.
Access Control: Access control volunteers play a key role in maintaining a safe and organized event environment by monitoring entrances, checking credentials, and ensuring only authorized individuals access restricted areas. This position is ideal for volunteers who are friendly, attentive, and confident in upholding event policies.
