The Winnipeg Sea Bears Cheer Team is holding an open co-ed try out on March 30, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the courts at Sport Manitoba (145 Pacific Avenue).

The Sea Bears Cheer Team is compromised of athletes from both cheer and dance working together as one team.

The event will begin with a physical practice where athletes will learn some choreo and skills to perform at the end of the physical portion.

• Athletes must be 18 plus years old within the calendar year of the 2024 season
  
• Athletes must be available for all season home games
• Athletes must attend practices weekly
• Athletes will be expected to volunteer and participate in community events and outreach

Please bring:

• Professional Resume
• Headshot
• Water bottle
• Athletic attire including running shoes (physical tryout)
• Professional attire (for interview)

Athletes will be scheduled for a brief, individual interview immediately following the physical tryout, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
